Among the many attractions, Miami offers its tourists, one of the most anticipated year after year is Art Basel. The event stages the world’s premier Modern and Contemporary art fairs annually in Basel, Miami Beach, and Hong Kong. Art Basel is a driving force supporting the role that galleries play in nurturing the careers of their artists.
During Art Basel 2016, a group of gallery owners opened the Wynwood Wallpapers shop to sell wallpaper prints of renowned artists who participated in the event. For the launch of their store, Wynwood Wallpapers projected an animation of their prints onto the building where the event was hosted. I was hired to animate the artist designs and company branding as well as produce and film the promotional launch video for their event.
